The app is broken (will not open) and their website has many bugs. I tried to place an order for a tablet device a couple times on their site, there was an error message both times saying it didn't work but it charged my card twice.

I have had my phone for 6 whole days and it doesnt wanna charge and it keeps randomly shutting down saying battery empty even tho it says the battery percent is 78% or whatever number it says and then when i turn it back on it says 0% so i gotta wait awhile before i can turn it back on....every single one of the companies that offer the awesome free phone service send out phones that are such junk they are just useless! Ive gone tbru every company there is and have never had a phone last. FAIL

I've had no problem with Cintex. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Only problem is my phone got stolen and when I got it back the screen is cracked &glass is shatter in places&it freezes &can't even text or answer calls. I can not afford an upgrade phone but I really enjoy Cintex❤
